It always says that
I can't join my server anymore because of it

Something you had on you are near you was carrying too many items/too many different items. This is generally caused by things such as having several bags full of stuff, holding ME drives, putting ME drives in bags, holding full storage containers with a moving wand/sack of holding. Essentially some block near/on you has too much data.
