Title. Network transmitter cannot link to a receiver in a space station. With valid setup and link card it appears unaccessible when trying to access in space.

Expected Behavior

Ability to link storage to dimension -2, aka space.

Current Behavior

Network transmitter and receiver don't link.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1.Build transmitter in overworld
2.Build receiver in space and link a card to it
3.Put card in transmitter
4.Attempt to access in space.
