Unable to craft some Extra Utilities 2 items

• Angel Wings (any variety)
• Chunk Loading Ward

The server has only been running for a week. So far, its running great. Two Extra Utilities items can't be crafted though.

Expected Behavior

I've tried crafting in a vanilla crafting table manually, I also tried using NEI/JEI to put the items into the crafting table. The recipe is correct, but the output slot is blank. I also tried just clicking/shift clicking the item out, but the recipe ingredients stay. They will not craft.

Just to be clear, yes the lasso's contain the correct mobs, and yes the villager signed the contract.

Current Behavior

Nothing happens

Possible Solution

I have no idea, but it is odd that all the other extra utilities recipes worked, but these recipes that use lasso's failed.

Steps to Reproduce

Collect the parts, attempt to assemble the recipe. No Output.
NEI/JEI also show the recipe as valid, and even puts the items in the correct slots. Still no output items created.

One more recipe found to be uncraftable. "Glowing Chorus Fruit". Same as above, just no output from the crafting table. Exactly like the other recipes. This is from the "Cyclic" mod, so the problem is not limited to Extra Utilities.
