Kann den Server nicht starten

Leider kann ich den AMT-3 Server nicht starten wegen -d64 fehler.
komentiere ich es aus und die anderen sachen auch wird nix draus.
Möchte doch nur dieses schöne Modpack auf den Server spielen.
Server:
8 Kerne
16 GB ramm
Debain 10
Java 17 (Sollte aber nicht das Problem sein)
