FTB Quest Stuck

FTB Quest is stuck at 100%. On 1.1.8 on your official server.
Can't reproduce. Just tried to in a quick creative world, but it worked there. Doesn't look like this is common. Also doesn't appear to be a way for an admin to force complete it. So, if this happens, you're just screwed.
This is an issue when updating worlds from pre 1.1.7 to 1.1.7+. The solution on SP would be to delete the contents of [saves]/<world>/ftbquests. This resets quest progress, but it said that might happen on the 1.1.7 changelog. Your specific issue happened to someone else relatively recently. An admin needs to reset your quests, but the changes won't take effect until the server restarts.
