Describe the bug
Title. It produces an "Error ticking block" exception which seems to loop between both of the power cables, preventing you from loading the world.

To Reproduce
After fixing the affected user's world, and launching the game again, I can't seem to get the error to happen again...

Expected behavior
The game should not crash regardless of the power cable setup.
