I need to improve the storage and transfer capacity of the flux capacitor, but I can't find how to do that. I couldn't find any recipes.

The way to upgrade various items in Thermal Expansion has changed. Instead of multiple distinct tiers, there's just one tier, but there are now multiple tiers of Integral Components, the highest of which is Resonant (x4).

1. Craft a Tinker's Bench from Thermal Expansion and place it down somewhere.
2. Open the Tinker's Bench and place the flux capacitor inside. Switch the mode from "Charge/Fill" to "Augment".
3. Place some Integral Components and/or an RF Coil in the augment slots.
4. Switch the mode in the Tinker's Bench from "Augment" to "Charge/Fill" to update the capacitor.
5. Take out the capacitor.
6. Optional: Enchant the capacitor with Holding to further increase the RF capacity (not transfer).
