Leaving this here in case other server owners have the same issue.

This is something clearly with the pack and not the mod in this regard; as in single player the alchemy table works, but in the server, there is a weird glitch.

From my observation by seeing which items are glitched, and found out it is all blocks that have a Chipped counterpart.

If possible simply remove Chipped mod from the recipes of the Alchemy table. Hopefully that will work. EDIT: If they were removed, they still are in Single player even with fresh install.

The glitch makes it so that you can pick from any blocks from the first few rows, then the rows afterwards are unpickable, then it loops at the last rows with the starting materials as seen in this image bellow where I choose a yellow wool, but the exit item is a brown variant.
