During loading uses up to ~70% of dedicated RAM. Then starts to use less.

I think you are not giving it enough time to start up, it looks like in the log you wait less than a minute. It can take anywhere from a couple of minutes up to 10 minutes to startup (both server and client take a while for me).

It seems to crash, because right now

Log starts at 19:22
I've closed game at 19:32
but only first 2 mins are recorded
I'll try reinstalling java

And didn't help :/
