Dimension Card taking down the system (Refined Storage)

When I put the Dimensional Card or Infinity Range Booster in the wireless transmitter, they take down the system (suck all the energy from the controller), working normally only with the creative controller.
From my testing the system will shutoff if your system uses over 16k fe even if it has a 32k buffer
This is likely because the Refined Storage system draws power in a given tick after Mekanism or other cables are able to charge the controller, resulting in the remaining energy being less than the full capacity. If the power draw (in FE/t) exceeds half the buffer size (in FE), the system will shut down because the controller does not have enough energy at the end of the tick to keep running for the next tick.
Some systems, including Flux Networks, are able to charge the Controller after Refined Storage drains its energy. Can you please test if 1) that's the case and 2) if so, the Refined Storage system is able to use >16k FE/t as long as the controller is connected directly to a Flux Networks point?
From my testing the system will shutoff if your system uses over 16k fe even if it has a 32k buffer. Both of those range upgrades use 12k together, leaving you only 4k for everything else.

You only need the higher-tier one, the Dimension Card, to wirelessly the RS system at any range from any dimension, you don't need both together.
For my wireless transmitter, it says it uses 8008 FE/t with the Dimension Card, with all the crafters, buses, im-/exporters, interfaces, ... my system uses 11497 FE/t as a whole.
Also, I'd recommend using Creative Crafters at least for the normal (non-processing) recipes since they use 0 (zero!) FE/t and have 108 slots with a crafting speed of 60.000 blocks/t. Crafting them requires two Nether Stars, two Unobtainium ingots and a whole bunch of Netherite but at that point in the game, that should be easy to get/automate.
