Ever since the Hostile Neural Networks config has been set by the ATM7 development team in 097b49e, the Simulation Chamber has had its maximum buffer increased from the default of 2 MFE to 256 MFE, which is a factor of 128x.

• Are there going to be massive cost increases in the cost to simulate models with Hostile Neural Networks that necessitate the massive power buffer increase? A buffer of 2 MFE is enough to run a model that costs up to 6 kFE/t, while a buffer of 256 MFE is enough to run a model that costs up to 853 kFE/t.
• What other reasons, if any, justify the massive amount of energy it takes to fully charge a Simulation Chamber in this mod pack?

If the answer to both questions is no, then the buffer can be decreased back to 2 MFE.
If the answer to the first question is yes, but the maximum power draw of the most expensive models is only 20, 50, or 200 kFE/t, then the buffer can still be decreased, but to 8, 16, or 64 MFE respectively.
