Error is existing at least since the last 3 Versions, probably more- I´ve some Charms in the Inventory, Netherite and Allthemodium, both provide a buff, but the Frames are not drawn around ore.

have you tried turning the charms off and on again?

Yes, no success. The Buff is ticking out, then away and starts after activation again, but no change, it is still not shown

Same here, with version 0.4.22.

I replicated it by creating a new world, going to the mining dimention and place ore (created the eternal version of the charm). At first it was working fine but after 5 seconds it stopped working, still had the potion effect.
