Will there be/is there any way to remove or change the block restrictions for The Other dimension? The restrictions make it difficult to set up a base there :(

The restrictions have now been changed in the latest version of allthemodium-1.9.0-1.18.2-40.1.0, you can build a base there now, but quarries will not gather any materials at all
