[Enhancement] More Clumps from Purification Chamber/Purifying Factory

Can you change that we get three clumps, like it was in ATM6, from a raw ore instead of two?
That would be cool because it's much fairer if you build the entire Mekanism Setup you not only get the same things as with an Ore Hammer for example.
It is not different from atm6, you would get 3 clumps from purification if you used ORE. Raw ore is not ore, ore can be fortuned to get more raw ore. As such raw ore processing is less than silk touching a block to process it, because you can get more raw ore from one ore block. There is a 3:2 difference between raw ore and ore, and this is overcome with just Fortune II
here are the differences between the two outputs based on where you start the process
