The inventory tweak buttons overlay the Integrated Dynamics menu options and prevent changing tabs in the interface configurations. Screenshot below. Keybinds for tab change in Integrated Dynamics do not function for this, and I have found no other easy workaround. Cannot find which mod is actually adding the Inventory Tweaks buttons.

Thanks! There is a UI modification tool you can bring up with r+c that lets you moved the button location. This solved the issue.

The mod is InventoryProfilesNext.

I had the same issue with the AE2 UI. I found that you can also disable the buttons on a per UI basis. When you have the UI open, there will be a button at the top left (looks like a normal Minecraft button with a square icon inside it; it is usually partially obscured by the FTBUtils buttons). If you click on it, you can disable the buttons for the UI you are currently interacting with.

Edit: Alternatively, you can press r + g when you have the UI open that you want to disable the buttons for.
