I'm having issues with blocks not updating properly. For example a redstone lamp does not light up when powered by a train observer, it only lights up after it is right clicked. Pack version is 0.4.21, I'm playing on a server. There are also issues with blocks not appearing when disassembling a Create contraption.

Issue has been resolved after updating to 0.4.22
