Having an issue on the official server with silent gear. I'm able to not only able to infinitely crush shulker shells with a hammer with an iron head and vanilla blaze rod but it also started duplicating them from my measly 8 to a whopping 970. Not sure about other ingots/ores but I'll test it in a bit.
