Can't use pastebin on cc:tweaked with ATM 7

Hello,

I'm playing with ATM 7 - 0.4.18 which is the lastest version at the moment.
I try to control a reactor from biggerreactor using a computer from cc:tweaked.
A wonderful program to do this is usable on pastebin : YnZf1HAR

Using the following command on a computer, I can upload the file and not rewrite it : >pastebin get YnZf1HAR startup
This command is supposed to work on the main screen of the terminal and I have an error :

As you can see, the computer don't recognize the command "pastebin"

"Pastebin" is a method used on "http" folder with the following path : /rom/programs/http
But a new error occured :

the CC: Tweaked's config file exist as "computercraft-client.toml" but is useless...
"computercraft-server.toml" located on defaultconfigs folder contains all the interesting stuff : https://pastebin.com/SX0WZxW2

I tried to run a new instance of Minecraft with only cc:tweaked installed and it works well !

This is because ATM7 disables http for computercraft. If you're in singleplayer, turn it back on in the config. If you're on a server bug the server admins to turn it back on.

Okay so this is going to be a decent sized Post.

Here is a way to get it to work

First Head over to your ATM7 folder -> saves -> "Your world Name" -> serverconfig -> computercraft-server.toml

This is what the whole config file should look like

Find the area I have bolded [#Controls the HTTP API] and make sure both of those options are set to TRUE. This should enable the ability to use pastebin.

Make sure you are doing it under your saves folder for the world you create in single player

After you do all of this, put the command "pastebing get YnZf1HAR" in the command and it should get the program you are trying to take.

I have this exact problem, but the written fix doesnt make it work. ATM 9 no frills. cant find the solution anywhere. any help?
