On first load of a single player save there are 49 recipes for ingot cast via casting table. Upon save quit to title, and loading of another single player save only 39 recipes for ingot cast via casting table appear. The recipes will remain missing until after restarting Minecraft.
This issue has also presented itself on my server, however I'm unable to find a way to reproduce the bug on my server.

Using a fresh install of version 0.4.22 via CurseForge client

Recipes can be viewed Via JEI by pressing the "U" key over the gold ingot cast, and then selecting the casting table tab.
