When the "Miner's Light" is near, the ore charms do not work.

How I found the bug:
Was mining in the Mining Dim for a while with a Tinker's hammer and was finding a ton of Allthemodium. I then upgraded gear and returned to the Mining dim with a Mining Gadget. I strip mined for about 15 mins without the Charm of Allthemodium sight finding a single ore. I had no idea what was going on but the only change that occurred was the mining gadget so i mined with the hammer again and started to find more Allthemodium.

Thought the whole item was bugged, but I just started mining in "The Other" dim and wasn't finding anything with the mining gadget again. I then ran directly into a Vibranium ore without the charm highlighting it. I then destroyed the lights and the charm started working again. did some more tests and took some screen shots.

TLDR: Mining Gadget's placing lights (the miner's light block) prevent the allthemodium and vibranium potions and charms from highlighting ores.

Confirming I had the same issue. It took me hours before I figured out what was going on as I didn't do much mining before making the mining gadget. I figured it out after noticing that the charms worked when I got away from the mines in spectator mode.

On a side note, why is mining gadget pledging lights in the mining dimension?
