Also, my server has had TPS issues, but I can't seem to figure out the reason

Set max-tick-time=-1 in your server.properties file. As far as TPS issues go, what CPU and RAM amount do you have allocated to the server? This pack consumes an insane amount of computing resources.

I'm using a host, but I should have allocated 10 RAM and a Ampere Altra Q80-30 for the CPU
