[Linux] Absurd TPS issues in singleplayer

I am 99% certain that I've been able to play in the past without any issues, however when installing the latest version of the pack on PolyMC using the server files (along with manual downloads of the missing mods) and starting a new world the game immediately begins to constantly act like a server that's just about ready to crash, with massive TPS issues so bad that the game becomes outright unplayable. It never ends and just keeps happening until it quickly frustrates me to the point of just quitting. I have no idea what's causing this, but I'm entirely certain that I've been able to play the pack just fine on Linux before.
Asking on Discord, found out it has something to do with my character apparently, no idea why or how I'm supposed to fix it.
Only thing that differs from the latest version of the pack is that I added Beyond Earth because I never play without a space mod.
I have the exact same Problem running a ATM7-0.4.23 linux server.
The title literally says singleplayer. I'm not running a server, and I don't have multiple drives, so this is a different issue. I'm also pretty sure that my TPS issue is persisting even in already generated chunks, I've been experiencing the issue constantly despite not generating many new chunks at all, if any.
I have the exact same Problem running a ATM7-0.4.23 linux server. As soon as new Chunks are generated TPS goes through the roof and server is behind on operations upwards of 30000ms. Moving around in already generated Chunks everything seems completely fine though.
Some relevant Hardware Information:
i3-12100
16GB DDR4-3200 RAM
Storage consist of multiple NAS drives which i guess are the problem, didn't seem to be in previous versions though.
