crash to desktop when destroying furnace or chest with tool

When trying to destroy/dismount a vanilla furnce or chest the game crashed to desktop. Tried it with full/empty furnce/chest, with axe, pickaxe and shovel (stone tools) about 8 times. Happened 8 out of 8.

When destroying the furnace/chest in creative mode nothing crashes.

Also happens with "statues" and other stuff like workbenches.
In addition the "tool" with which you dig is irrelevant. Also could be the bare hand.
Perhaps it is a problem in general with displaying the destruction textures on non-normal-block items?

To install Optifine like in Ticket 137. Atm I couldn't verifiy it, but I'll try it out tomorrow.

Installing Optifine for 1.18.1 also worked for me as a workaround!
