Create Chute block causing massive server lag and RAM overload

I and 4 more people were playing on the server pack for ATM 7, when we experienced mob teleportation, block breaking delay etc. It seems that chute block from Create mod causes high RAM usage on a hosting VM, using RAM to its limit. After removing the block everything was fixed.
I've issued this because I believe that chute is crucial to Create progression.
