I'm not really sure which mod adds those as they register just as AE2, but the translation is broken. Can be reproduced on the PT-BR language by searching for "MEGA 1M" and looking at the "1M MEGA Storage Component", the recipe should use 3x256k components and instead says 3x16k:

I believe this is an issue with how the translations were pulled from Crowdin for that item, so you may need to report this on AE2's own issue tracker.

No, the 256k component is a vanilla AE2 feature as of one of the 1.18 builds. You should be able to see that it uses AE2's own mod namespace rather than anything else.

@62832 I don't think AE2 even has that cell, as far I could find the 256k component is added by some mod, just couldn't figure out which one. I'll be more than happy to report it on the right place if I find it.
