Since the latest release 0.4.25 (and perhaps .24 but I didn't try) applying and enchanted book to an item in the Industrial Foregoing enchantment applicator doesn't work correctly. Even applying something like a Lure V book to a fishing rod with Angler's Bounty II on it gave me a Lure III enchant alongside the Angler's Bounty II. Trying to combine enchants to increase levels always results in a basic level being applied.

I have tried with various levels of fortune, luck, sharpness and it is always returning a lower result.

I have confirmed I am still able to increase the level of an enchant (in this case Lure V to Lure VI, and then Lure VI to lure VII) in a normal anvil.
