Allthemodium armour pieces have two recipes for each of the four armour pieces. For each one, one consists only of allthemodium ingots and the other one being the KubeJS recipe that also includes a Netherite armour piece. I assume that the recipes not including Netherite armour pieces were meant to be removed using KubeJS.

Those are by design, if for instance you wanted to take your netherite enchants on your allthemodium armor.
