The game crashed whilst adding item to inventory Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: mc.player is not initialized! Probably not in game Exit Code: -1

Whenever I try to start a game, before I load into the world it just crashes instantly.
I have solved it in the following way:
Opening the Java application and looking for the executable.
Then, in Forge Minecraft options, where it says "Java version used for installin Forge modloader" select the executable.
After doing that, I have "repaired" the modpack and it worked
