Had exactly the same problem several times. Whenever nether fish spawns the server crashes. Have to reset the player position manually to prevent the server from crashing when the player joins back in.

Same exception as well:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can't find attribute apotheosis:current_hp_damage

Evilcraft has just updated to fix this, and a pack update has been submitted, should be approved soon
