The issue here is that the pepto-beesmol bee actually doesn't produce the pepto comb as of 0.4.29, and in fact, contrary to earlier versions of the pack, the comb is even removed from the visible portion of JEI (but is evidently still in the game as it still shows up for the ATM quest).

This bee produces the sugarbag comb, like the sugarbag bee. I'm not sure what a better trigger item would be considering the comb is present among two bees, and for that reason, this might be more of a pain to fix than it's worth, but it did make the system feel a little less polished from a user experience standpoint. Totally up to you guys to prioritize how you see fit.

I was never really sure what the Pepto Beesmol Bee was really even used for. I'll just replace that quest with one of the other Bees that I didn't list. Thanks for the find!
