Hi

i searched my Alfglass, so i had realized, i voided my crafted alfglas, because i'm ran out of vanilla glas during crafting 🙈
In JEI is listed each item, managlas and alfglas same as vanilla glas.

That is maybe a bug

Both of those have the glass tag, meaning you can use them in the recipe. If you do not want your autocrafting to use them, you should set your patterns to exact so they do not use tags.
