The oil used to create fuel for the rocket ship in Beyond Earth mod doesn't generate in oceans even though it says so on JEI. I have gone through different worlds and check the oceans and have not found any sources of oil. I don't know what is preventing them from generating though.

in the newer Version is it fixed 5.9b if you has loaded the world before you updated that should you swim more away to find it
