Ive tested it and confirme that Productive bees are no longer producing on latest version on the modpack when placing them on a Compact Machine. After updating my modpack the bees on my world stopped producing material, and when I copied my world on 0.4.30 they started producing again.
Hope this can be fixed as lot of my followers are following my guides and they have bees on compact machines aswell, which means they wont be able to Outdate as some of them dont know how to do that. Thanks a lot!

I'm having the same problems but with string production with spider spawner inside the compact for me it only works if I'm in the normal world if I'm inside another compact the production for, check this with your bees.

My bees are producing fine in the Overworld. There seems to be a problem with FTB Chunks and chunks not staying loaded again. Not sure how this effects compact machines.

Yes, bees are producing outside compact machines. But not inside them. So I dont think it has something to do with chunks.
