Enderium head was crafted using silent gear and replaced an iron pickaxe head, shows that the mining level is correct (i.e netherite level) when mined drops nothing. tested this with vein mining, and fortune 3 on two different picks.

Also experiencing the same issue after crafting a crimson steel pickaxe via Silent Gear, tooltip has a green tick indicating mineability but just breaks the ore.
