I figured out what is wrong with datapack, I just had to use farmland instead of dirt (in vanilla plants)

Also doesn't appear to work for croptopia crops, either. Seeds can be placed in it, but don't grow.

Can't get cloches to work with mystical either. I've tried farmland and inferium farmland as well. No growth for inferium seeds. Server on 2.13
