The quest for Vibranium sight, if you complete the required quest to unlock it (Vibranium Ingot), the quest will instant complete if you get a normal Water Bottle in your inventory.

Water Bottle =/= Vibranium Sight.

Tried this again in a different world and got the same result.

Edit: This issue occurred for Allthemodium and Unobtanium too. Also the Charms are instantly completed if you get another charm in your inventory. And again same for the comb. Default Minecraft Honey Comb didn't yield a result but Draconic Comb did. Tested again in other world and same issue.
