So the other day I built a nether portal hoping to get some nether loot, only to find out the nether wouldn't generate, just a floating portal. I don't know if this is an issue or the nether simply has no relevance in the modpack, and all the loot you'd find in the nether has to be obtained through different methods.

Are you playing the Sky pack? If so, you are on the wrong issue tracker, but that is intended behavior for sky.

Yep, I'm playing the sky pack! Didn't know this wasn't for atm7: to the sky, but thanks anyways.
