ATM7 Virsion(0.4.32) crashes on start up.

The issue only persists on 0.4.32 and 0.4.31 on a brand new gaming pc. I have tried running this on muliple versions of forage to see if this would rectify the issue but this doesn't seem to affect the error. I have tried every version of forage from 40.1.80 up. I have yet to try older versions since I downloaded curseforge and the default was 40.1.80. Included below are the crash report and the latest.log
Giving up on this issue 0.4.32 was only being used for a server that I was playing on which is changing modpacks anyway now.
Looks like you have some corrupted config files, you can delete config/lostcities to fix that specific error. Depending on what caused the corruption you might have some additional errors, you can also try reinstalling the pack to get a fresh copy of the configs.
