Atm Crash at startup

ATM 7 Crash at startup for several weeks and i couldn't do anything to resolve it i have the same issue with ATM 8
My version of the modPack is (0.4.34)
That's sad because ATM 4 doesn't have this bug, i hope an update of Windows or ATM 7 will fix it
I think nightconfig fails to do whatever tf it's doing when using the windows file system

looks like the hexerei config is in use by another program for some reason

you can delete that config and make a fresh one with the settings from below copied into it
