If you place a Tinkers Crafting Station next to a Sophisticated Barrel with Stack upgrades that is near full, then middle click in the side inventory that appears with the Crafting Station it will resort to all 64item stacks. This causes an overflow that deletes any items that would not fit in the inventory.
