When filling up 10,000 blocks with fluid XP the hose pulley will show it as a 'bottomless supply' of Fluid XP. However, when you try to pull from the now 'bottomless supply' it will start to drain instead of being 'bottomless'.

This is just a Create display bug left over from pre-0.4e - only Lava and Water are infinite by default now.
