Beyond Earth's config will be reset

ATM7 version: 0.2.15
GDLauncher version: 1.1.20
When the game loads, "beyond_earth-config.json" is reset from the pack settings.
"Meteor Structure" and "Venus Tower Structure" are enabled again with that.
Also some new lines is added.
When updating the pack and mods, it's recommended to compare the pack's config with the config after the new world loads (or completely newly generated config after the new world loads) using WinMerge or similar.
