All the Mods 7 - ATM7

On the Curseforge page of the mod it says the following (see screenshot)

What does this "Not craftable by default" mean to me? Does it mean that you can set it to be craftable? My question would be how?
I haven't found anything about this in the config.

I think this is for Pipez? We add a custom recipe in the pack to make it craftable. We use kubejs but you can add recipes with vanilla datapacks too.

Ah, thank you. I would like to use this part in my modpack, which is not public, but only for me and two friends if that's ok?

We don't care as long as it's not published, but you'd probably want to swap the ingredients for something else unless you have the same mods we have.
