After completing the Ritual the Dimensional Mineshaft dropped I went to pick it up and it disappeared when I did, I had a backpack with a filter slotted in it but the filter was off so I don't think it was that, I spawned one in and the gui is duplicated 4 or more times down the screen but it seems to work besides that.
