Iron Furnaces Update to fix items disappearing

If the iron furnaces mod could be updated to latest (ironfurnaces-1.18.1-3.1.3) from current (ironfurnaces-1.18.1-3.1.0) to fix a
fairly annoying bug, items disappearing in furnaces when leaving the game / switching dimensions (Qelifern/IronFurnaces#81) that would be much appreciated, thank you!
