NoClassDefFoundException for org/apache/commons/compress/utils/Lists leads to reproducible crashes

Usually happens after reloading the chunks where the chiseled blocks are located and has been happening since the 0.2.21 update.

Don't take my answer as THE answer, but I believe I solved the issue on my server if you update the chisel and bits mod to the latest update. Not sure if it has any other issues come up by doing that

I guess Chisels and Bits has been having a ton of issues on ATM6 and now ATM7. For now we have the mod removed until the pack and the mod are more stable.
