getting this when trying to load a single player world

Errors in currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading. You can either try to load it with only the vanilla data pack ("safe mode") or go back to the title screen to manually fix it

works fine in .23
tried repair but didnt fix i also trying to load i safe mode doesnt work either

backed up saves and removed all instances of atm7
did a fresh install of atm 7 .24 and problem still exists
error only happens opening saves made in older versions of atm7

saves made in .24 open just fine.
