The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop

Whilst building/enabling a bigger reactor the game crashed stating: index -3 out of bounds for length 24. The bigger reactor, as far as i remember the reactor was 5L5W4H, with a single core down the middle and a computer in the front surrounded by reactor glass. I've attempted to recreate it in the screenshot below. It was built below Y 0 if that matters
