[CTD] Game crashes while stuck within cobwebs in Blue Skies Poison Dungeon level 4

Pack Version: 0.2.30

Steps To Repeat: 1. Find a Poison Dungeon in the Everdawn dimension. 2. Enter down to the fourth level. 3. Find some Poison Brick Stairs near some Cobwebs. 4. Attempt to step off the bottom step of the stairs and slowly pull through the cobweb block. 5. CRASH with no warning aside from the game freezing for several seconds. (optional) 6. Attempt to re-enter the same world and pull through the cobweb block. CRASH again.

That's two stubborn crashes in a day for me... I'm going to take a nap.

So... it's still there in Pack version: 0.2.42 Big disappoint. And the workaround I did before doesn't seem to work this time (change player position with NBT editor, enter world, save, reenter, use World Edit to remove cobwebs and junk, save, reenter, and play through).
