0.2.33 Crashes upon loading, appears to be mob grinding utils, map works in .31 with no issues.

Had map loaded in .31 with no issues. Had a few mob grinders setup around and even attempted to remove them.
Not just Mob Grinders, Upgraded to version 33 and that it ticks on the building gadgets charging system.
I do not think that the other mods are the issue, I got mine to work all the way to version 32 and then 33 breaks it. I do notice that Beyond Earth goes crazy in the logs from 32 to 33 due to removing of meteors. I am uncertain what mods were updated, but ONE of those must be the issue.
Whatthedrunk has deduced it's Forge that broke it.
Suggesting to downgrade to 39.0.43
